Error FRM-40209 When Using More Than Two Decimals for Price on BOE Form (Doc ID 2330943.1)

Problem Summary
GST: BOE amount and tax amount Decimal issue

Problem Description
The BOE form has restriction with only 2 decimal in all the places (Unit price, Amount, Tax amount, BOE Amount, Written off amount, Applied Amount, Remaning Amount)

Steps to Reproduce

- Navigate to Transactions > Enter Bill of Entry form
- Enter header required fields, check box for "BOE without reference"
- Save
- Click Lines
- Enter line 1, qty = anything, price = 12.23456
- Tab
- See error at bottom of form: FRM-40209 Field must be of form FM9999999999999999.00
