On : 12.1.3 version, Patch Application Issues

After applying patch 20952258, when attempting to Change owner of the instance for a contract that has expired, the following error occurs.

OKC_CONTRACTS_UNEXP_ERROR (SQLcode=100) (SQLerrm=ORA-01403: no data found)
