Symptoms

Problem:

Offer Market Eligibility - Customer is associated and then in AR customer screen the account is made inactive. Now in the offer market eligibility, the customer name is showing BLANK.


Still seeing the following, after patch 25104783:R12.OZF.B applied.

After customer account is made inactive, the customer name on offer header or
market eligibility is blank.

Scenario #1
1. Create Lumpsum Offer
2. Add Customer name to offer header
3. Save offer
4. Goto TM > Customer tab > Query the customer / organization
5. Click on the Account side tab
6. Make the account Inactive
7. Save
8. Go back to the offer, the customer name is BLANK


Scenario #2
1. Create Accrual Offer
2. Add Customer name to offer header
3. Save offer
4. Goto TM > Customer tab > Query the customer / organization
5. Click on the Account side tab
6. Make the account Inactive
7. Save
8. Go back to the offer, goto the market eligibility and the customer name is
BLANK.
