Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, GST Payables

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
GST amount prorated wrongly in case of partial prepayment application for reverse charge scenario
E.g Standard invoice GST has below:
CGST - 675
SGST - 750
After prepayment applied the tax amount reversed and accounted is
CGST - 1250
SGST - 175


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Correct amount to be accounted after prepayment application

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create standard invoice with CGST/SGST
2. Apply Prepayment
3. Account and run India Period Ending process

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close period
