Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Salary is changed in the middle of the month, then QuickPay is ran. When checking run results, noticed the proration is happening, the salary element is generated twice, but the value calculated is incorrect.

Steps to reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change salary in middle of the month
2. Run quickpay
