On : 12.1.3 version, GST Order Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
India Taxes are not Defaulting on Sales Order Form.
Item has been defined in item categories.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
India Tax to default on the Sales Order Form.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to Applications using an India Financials - Order Management Local Responsibility
2. Open the Sales Order Form.
3. Create a new Sales Order.
4. Go to Lines Tab.
5. Enter the information for the Order Line.
6. Save.
7. Go to the Header Tab.
8. Use Menu: Tools / India Tax Details
  No tax details on the Form.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, India Tax details are not defaulting on the Sales Order Form.
