AP Invoice Approval (APINV) Email Notification Layout Issues In Office365.com

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Numerous layout defects in the email notification for AP invoice Approval and Occurs only in outlook.office365.com.
1) Column titles are black text on grey background surrounded by a blue background for the row.
2) Column titles centered in each column
3) Data in rows is black text on a blue background. Hard for users to read.
4) Data in rows have alignment issues either left or right justified under a centered column title.
User is using Workflow Open Notification: Workflow Open Mail (Template).
Changing this template to "Workflow Open Mail (Outlook Express)" does not correct the layout issues and also does not allow for the user to approve/reject using this email.
