How does one check which levels a seeded communication type can be set at?

For instance if I specify a plan for the communication type BEN_ENRT_SELECTION_SELECT_AREA then all the text goes blank.

Example Steps:

1. US Super HRMS Manager

2. Total Compensation > General Definitions > Additional Setup > Commmunication Types

3. Query Communication Short Name - BNS.ENRT_SELECTION_SELECT_AREA

4. Click Usages
