Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, Depot Setup
When attempting to update a service order the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
PREPARER_ID-Preparer is not an active worker Cause: You entered an inactive worker as the preparer. Action: Enter an active worker
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the service order form
2. Query a service order.
3. The above error occurs.
