Datafix for foreign transactions having Incorrect Taxable Amount In Jai_ap_tds_thhold_trxs table (Doc ID 2332922.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Tax Deducted at Source-Payables

In case of foreign transactions, the taxable amount value in JAI_AP_TDS_THHOLD_TRXS table is appearing incorrect (it is multiplying the converted amount with exchange rate again).

The taxable amount value in JAI_AP_TDS_THHOLD_TRXS table should not be multiplied by exchange rate again.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an AP invoice in foreign currency.
2. Apply exchange rate.
3. Once TDS is calculated, check the taxable amount value in JAI_AP_TDS_THHOLD_TRXS table.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are unable to report the correct taxable amount.
