Symptoms

When attempting to approve the termination request the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Attribute 'HR_QUICK_FUNCTION' does not exist for item 'HRSSA/2224744'.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application
2. Manager Self Service responsibility
3. when try to approve termination by take action
4. Error is thrown

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cant get termination request approved.
