Symptoms

On : 12.2.6

While trying to schedule a task using scheduler/schedule advice window, The following error occurs.

Error:

APP-CSR-254000: An unexpected internal error has occurred
Exception:
java.util.NoSuchElementException at java.util.Vector.firstElement(Vector.java)
at oracle.apps.csr.ib.server.LoadBalance.fillArraysAllDay2(LoadBalance.java: 925)
at oracle.apps.csr.ib.server.LoadBalance.fillLoadBalancer(LoadBalance.java: 154)
at oracle.apps.csr.ib.server.SchedulerCore.calculatePlanOptions(SchedulerCore.java:296)

STEPS
=========
1. R) Field Service Manager -
2. Create Service Request
3. Create a Task
4. Try to schedule the Task using the Advanced Scheduler
5. The above error is displayed.
