Dispatch Center Group Member Advanced Find Query Fails CSFDCMAI (Doc ID 2333395.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When attempting to display members that meet the specified criteria, the query is executed but the criteria is completely ignored and results in a blind query where all tasks are returned instead of returning tasks assigned to the members selected. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Users should only see members that meet the specified criteria

STEPS
1. Navigate to Dispatch Center
2. Click Search ICON
3. Specify Search Criteria
  a. Check "Others" under "Assignee Region" Group Members Check Box is enabled
  b. Click "Name" LOV to select Groups you want to include. Task Assign Window is Displayed
  c. Enter Search Criteria
    i. Select "Group" Resource Type
    ii. and Click Find (B)
  d. Search Results are returned
    i. Click 'Select All' checkbox or alternatively discretely select values and click middle >> arrow to populate your choices
  e. Selected Values are now displayed in the right side of pane
  g. Click 'OK' (B)
  h. Task Assignee window closes and user is returned to the search form where criteria is populated
    i. Optionally Click inside name field and select Edit Icon t view Group Member Details click ok to close
4. Execute Search by Clicking the Find (B). Empty LOV is raised and click Ok
5. Query is execute but the criteria is completely ignored and results in a blind query where all tasks are return instead of return tasks assigned to the members selected
