Transaction line numbers to be disputed are not in sequence in Transaction Details form.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Transaction line numbers to be disputed should be in sequence in Transaction Details form.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------
1. Go to Collections Agent responsibility.
2. Query Account/Transaction.
3. Go to Transactions Tab.
4. Click on Transaction Details Button.
5. Find the Line Number. The Line numbers should be in Order/Sequence.
