Site Hub Google Map Is Not Appearing Any More

Symptoms

Site Management User > Site Hub > Site > Address map


Site Hub Google Map is not appearing any more after applying patch 16669630:R12.RRS.B.  Same results in all browsers,
Google Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer. It is blank where the map should show.

Profile RRS:Google Map Client ID = 0
-- For using a free key, please specify "0" (number zero) in the profile option.
