No Data Found While Reconciliation Of Bank Statements

On : version, Reconciliation and Clearing

When attempting to reconcile the bank statement in cash management
the following error occurs.

ORA-01403: No data found

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Bank statement and reconciliation => search account number  having issue
2. click on Tools-->Autoreconciliation and receive error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reconcile the statement lines to generate accounting
