Symptoms

After applying <patch:25395956> PA Project Workflow PAPROWF errors:

Workflow Status Monitor:
Failed Activity: Set 'Success' Status
Activity Type = Function
Error Name = -1427
Error Message = ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row
Error Stack = PA_PROJECT_WF.SET_SUCCESS_STATUS(XXEFPAP, 84074, 285815, RUN) Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(PA_PROJECT_WF.SET_SUCCESS_STATUS, XXEFXPAP, 84074, 285815,

This error occurs when multiple approvers are present.
