Material Requirements Exist For Closed Work Orders (Doc ID 2334461.1)

Goal

When closing a Work Order it should delete all open material requirements. The user has several records in MTL_SUPPLY_DEMAND_TEMP for closed WO's. They want to understand why these demand records exists and how to clear them. They have the Organization Parameters option "AUTO DELETE ALLOCATIONS AFTER WO CANCEL" enabled.
