Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Work Execution
When attempting to save an updated record in the work request, the following error occurs.
ERROR
Error is displayed in self service.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Maintenance super user.
2. Navigation: Home->Assets tab
3. Query work request.
4. Update field for work request.
5. Error thrown.
