PAXINRVW Can Not See Invoices Generated With Date Later Than Project End Date (Doc ID 2334767.1)

Symptoms

After 12.2.6 upgrade Invoice Review form is not showing invoices where invoice date is later than project end date.

- Project dates are 1-Jan-2017 - 31-June-2017
- Invoice generated with date of 5-Jul-2017 - before 12.2.6 upgrade this invoice is available on Invoice Review Form
- After 12.2.6 upgrade the same invoice is not available on Invoice Review
- Project Manager is active (there is no end date)
