Flexible Spending Account (FSA) getting recalculated without any change in the Coverage amount

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After processing a subsequent life event following initial enrollment into a Flexible Spending Account plan, the rates are recalculated even though there is no change in the Coverage
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Resp: US Super HRMS Manager.
Navigate: People > Benefits Service Center
1. Query an employee already enrolled in the FSA plan
2. Process a life event with Enrollment code Current Keep Only, New Nothing
3. Navigate to the View Enrollment results form and verify that the rate value would have changed
