Enrollment window for Open 2018 was from 21-DEC-2017 to 21-DEC-2017
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to US Super HRMS Manager
2. Navigate : People > Benefits Service Center > Process Open Enrollment and process Open for 2018
Notice the enrollment window for Open 2018 was from 21-DEC-2017 to 21-DEC-2017
