Symptoms
E-Business Suite R12 XML Gateway, XML Gateway Install, Design, Transport, and Setup related issues
Access to the XML Gateway inbound test page does not work.
When users navigate to the Oracle Transport Agent Inbound Test Page (http://<hostname>:<port>/webservices/ECXOTAInbound), the following error is received:
'Error 403 Forbidden'
or
'404 Page not Found'
Other related testing URLs which may exhibit these symptoms include:
