Patch and bug information is not being synchronized between E-Business Suite environments and the Applications Management Pack plugin for Enterprise Manager 13c.
When searching for applied patches using the following OEM Navigation no results are returned:
Web console --> Target -- Oracle E-Business Suite --> Change Management --> Patch Manager --> Actions --> Search Applied Patches -- > Configuration Items --> input bug number -- > Search
0 results for patch specified, even though the patch shows as applied in the EBS environment.
