Cannot Inactivate A Customer For The Second Time Via Receivables (Doc ID 2335456.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Customers Module

When attempting to inactivate a customer account the first time
You save the change and everything is fine
Then you re active the same account and save, no error. Change has been saved
Now you inactivate the same account again and save,
the following error occurs.

'The usage assignment does not exist.
