Failure Analysis results shows work orders of all organizations

In Failure Analysis using the filter "View By: Failure Code", the system calculate the total number of failures per code in the current organization in the column "Failure Count", but reviewing them to look for the details, it shows all the failure history per code letting user to see work orders and assets from other organizations, even permitting enter to the assets and create Work Orders or Work Requests for them. Though the failure codes are meant for for all the organizations, but the system should allow to see only work orders and assets from the current organization.

Work orders and assets from other organizations should not be accessed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Maintenance Super User responsibility

2. In Failure Analysis, choosing in filter “view by”: Failure Code, the system calculate the total number of failure for each code, for
example there are 6 Work Order with the failure “AIR”. Notice that we are in Organization1.

3. But when clicked on the Failure Count number, the system shows Work Order from all ledger’s organizations, which is incorrect and
lets the user to enter to other organizations’ assets and create work requests and work orders.
