Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version

For particular user, unable to expand sub-menu in EBS home page by clicking on PLUS sign "+" in IE11.

User should be able to expand sub-menu in EBS home page by clicking + in IE11

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open EBS using IE11
2. Expand menu
3. Unable to expand menu
