Purpose

The purpose of this document is to provide troubleshooting when using BIP. It covers issues that may involve Out of Memory (OOM), Stuck Threads, generic performance and Sizing.

It is advised to be on the most recent BI Publisher performance code when experiencing problems with threads and slowness in the application.
