Website Address on Plan Type Definition not Creating a Link in Self-Service (Doc ID 2335813.1)

Goal

Carrier web address added to Programs and Plans > Programs > Plan Type tab does not display the hyper link in Self-Service.
While the hyper link is created when the carrier web address has been added to the Plans form > Web Address field.

Is this the expected result?
