Symptoms



Generate Preventive Maintenance Work Orders EAMPMSDU fails with ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded

This concurrent program frequently gets the error ORA-01000. It most often occurs when the start date is 3 or more days in the past.

Although sometimes it happens when start date is the same as sysdate.

Cause: AFPRSR failed due to ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_CONC_PRIVATE_UTILS", line 132
.

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: SELECT R.Conc_Login_Id
ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded

Routine AFPPRD has encountered a fatal error. ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded

1. Enterprise Asset Management responsibility
2. Run concurrent request : EAMPMSDU: Generate Preventive Maintenance Work Orders
3. See above error
