Goal

E-Business Suite 12.2 Oracle Alerts, Periodic or Event Alert related issues

When creating an Event Alert for table ICX_SESSIONS, it only works for 'after update' events.

Any Alerts defined on table ICX_SESSIONS do not get triggered for 'after insert' events.
