Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, OID SSO Technologies

In a working registration of EBS with OID 11.1.1.9 instance, when a customer performs a de-registration and registration back, OID to App provisioning is not working.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Follow Doc ID 1576425.1 to create an registration of EBS with OID 11.1.1.9 instance
2. De-registration and Registration back
