In a working registration of EBS with OID 126.96.36.199 instance, when a customer performs a de-registration and registration back, OID to App provisioning is not working.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Follow Doc ID 1576425.1 to create an registration of EBS with OID 188.8.131.52 instance
2. De-registration and Registration back
