On :  12.2.6 version, Debrief / Field Service Report


When clicking on the Service Request Link from the technician portal responsibility, the following error is displayed.


ERROR

1. No field listener is registered to resolve field INCIDENT_TRACKING.REFERENCE_NUMBER referenced by the flexfield with application short name CS and name CS_ESTIMATE_DETAILS. Please contact your system administrator.
2. No field listener is registered to resolve field INCIDENT_TRACKING.REFERENCE_NUMBER referenced by the flexfield with application short name CS and name CS_ESTIMATE_DETAILS. Please contact your system administrator.




STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to applications and navigate to custom Field Service Technician Portal responsibility
2.Click on any Service Request link

The error above will be displayed.
