ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Respond By Dates are not getting populated when a Service Request is created

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The dates should be populated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a service request
2. Enter the instance number
3. The end date on the contract equals the sysdate
