E-Business Suite 12.2 Applications Manager, Applications Installation related issues


While running rapidwiz to install E-Business 12.2 users report the following error:

Fatal Error: TXK Install Service

Cannot patch 10.1.2 Tools.

Running APPL_TOP Install Driver for <instance_name> instance

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Run rapidwiz

The issue has the following business impact:
