Symptoms

Actual Behavior
EGO Spreadsheet Java Concurrent Program(EGOIJAVA) completed normally when running EXCEL UPLOAD.
However, some items and UDAs are not updated for unknown reason after applying following patches.

Expected Behavior
EGOIJAVA completed normally and updated UDA correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Update 167 items using Excel Upload
