Not All Supplier Sites Appear In LCM Third Party Site LOV (Doc ID 2336745.1)

Goal

When creating an LCM shipment, the Third Party Site LOV should show all sites.

In case a supplier (let's say A1) has 2 supplier sites S1 and S2 which is sharing the same address.

When creating the PO there is an option of selecting supplier sites S1 and S2.

But when creating an LCM Shipment in the LCM Shipment Workbench, the Third Party Site LOV shows only the first site associated with the supplied address
