Symptoms

Upload Content (WLS) Fails With Authentication Failure

ERROR

Couldn't commit to database. Nothing will be imported: Authentication Failure. You do not have permissions to use the content server.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Learning Management
2. Content Administration
3. Upload file
4. Error is displayed.
