Symptoms
When attempting to cancel a sales order line, the following error occurs.
ERROR
Note: "You are not allowed to update order line because: Order line has been closed."
STEPS
1. Via the Order Management Responsibility
2. Navigate: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
3. Query the sales order and go to lines
4. Select the line to be cancelled, attempt to do Actions > Cancel
5. Notice the error displayed on the form
