Cannot Display Page When Favorites Window Is Open

On iSupplier Portal 12.2.4 when attempting to access the suppliers tab in Buyer work center after opening the favorites window, the following error occurs:
Error: Cannot Display Page
You cannot complete this task because you accessed this page using the browser's navigation buttons (the browser Back button, for example).
To proceed, please select the Home link at the top of the application page to return to the main menu. Then, access this page again using the application's navigation controls (menu, links, and so on) instead of using the browser's navigation controls like Back and Forward.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Purchasing > Buyer Work Center
2. Click the Favorites button (star icon in the corner)
3. After favorites window appears, click Suppliers tab
4. Error occurs.
Due to this issue, users cannot access the suppliers tab after opening the favorites window.
