Email Can't Be Opened.See Message "Preparing message window..." (Doc ID 2337079.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, Message Component

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For particular email which is showing in the supervisor queue, they are not able to open that email.
The page is only showing the message "Preparing message window..." and it is not opening.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The email should get open

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send the email from email client (outlook) to email account.
2. Once it's processed, check the email from EMC application.
3. Navigate to (R) Email Center Supervisor -> Email Center Supervisor Console -> Messages -> My Inbox
4. Click on the Subject hyperlink of that particular email.
