Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
It appears as though the defaulting rule is not adding the respective accounting rule as defined on the item setup.
It is working for other items but not newly created ones.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to default accounting rule from Item setup
