Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, GST Inventory
When attempting to Perform RTV through interface,
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Receipt
2. Inspect and accept few qty
3. Through customization already RCV Interface will be populated for the qty which is not accpeted
4. RTP will be triggered and completed normal

Due to this issue, users cannot perform RTV
