Symptoms
On : 12.1.2 version, Bank Statement Load and Import
When attempting to load bank statement with SWIFT940 format, the process completes but the concurrent ends with warning:

Table "CE"."CE_STMT_INT_TMP": 102 Rows successfully loaded. 0 Rows not loaded due to data errors. 736 Rows not loaded because all WHEN clauses were failed. 0 Rows not loaded because all fields were null.
