Goal
Collection plan not opening when serial range is selected
For transaction type - Mobile License Plate Number Inspection (Oracle Warehouse Management System) applied at receiving inspection.
If we select serial number in range and received more than one serial number in LPN, it won't open collection plan.
If we select serial number = Individual or received only one serial number in LPN, it Opens correctly the collection plan.
