On : 12.1.3 version, Lease Authoring

In Lease Management , while Submitting the contract if fails with error

The Bill to address is invalid for customer account or is inactive


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Lease Management > Activate Contract
2.On Submit contract activation fails
