The Reference Field Is Not Displayed In MFS When Attempting A Sub-inventory Transfer

On 12.2.6 - Multiplatform MFS:
Patch 26325078:R12.CSM.C enables Sub-inventory Transfer functionality in MFS. A reference field is not available to capture the Service request or task number for which this transfer is occurring.
To be able to capture the SR and Task number in Reference Field so users can know the purpose for the transfer.
Login to Oracle Mobile Field Service Multiplatform App.
Click on Trunk
Click on Actions Menu
Click on Transfer Parts
Click on Add Parts
=> In the next screen where the sub-inventory transfer is performed there is no "Reference" field.
