On : 12.2.5  Dispatch Center

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When using the task query   'My Inbox - All tasks that belong to the current FND user'.  No tasks are being displayed in the Dispatch center form.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the dispatch center form would display tasks that are assigned to the logged in user.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the dispatch center form
2. run the task list query.  'My Inbox - All tasks that belong to the current FND user'.
