Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, User Registration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Register as a Partner and not created as a Resource with the Group Membership

After upgrade to EBS 12.2.6, when a user chooses to register as a Partner a user gets created and approved, however, a Resource is not getting created.
Try to search the newly created user in CRM Resource Manager and is not found.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Resource to be created in CRM Resource Manager.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Complete and approve user registration for a Partner user
2. Search the user in CRM Resource Manager responsibility and none exists.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, newly registered Partner users not setup properly as Resource impacting their functions.
