Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 Field Service Engineer Portal

When attempting to create a parts requirement from the FSTP dashboard the following error is displayed

 oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError,
msg=oracle.apps.csp.portal.requirement.server.PartsReqPVORowImpl.setrenderAddBtnFromCharges(Ljava/lang/Boolean;)V

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select the parts requirement quick link from the FSTP dashboard.
2. The error is displayed.
